Bill believes in balance in all things. His philosophy fuels his management style at Steelhead Factoring. He’s structured the organization to balance staff work assignments to ensure clients always have attentive and available support. He’s keenly aware that if some department is overwhelmed, the entire business can suffer, so Bill is constantly monitoring the performance in the organization and making improvements.
Bill has been at Steelhead Factoring since 1992. He has a bachelor’s degree in computer programming and systems analysis from the Oregon Institute of Technology. Then, just out of college, Bill worked in the transportation industry, learning the industry inside and out.
He’s an exceptional and well-respected business and community leader. Bill is a board member of the Central Point Rotary Club and an active leader in his church
Dana attended Southern Oregon University and has been at Steelhead Factoring since 1996. She’s in charge of company-wide risk management, implementation of new programs, underwriting, and training throughout the business.
Dana is a respected professional in the finance industry. She regularly attends the Risk Management Association, International Factoring Association and Oregon Bankers Association conferences and training. She is a past board member of the Southern Oregon Risk Management Association. In 2011 Dana was a panel speaker at the Transportation Intermediaries Association conference in Florida.
Rich is a graduate of Middle Tennessee State University. Before working at Steelhead Factoring, he was in broadcasting and ran his own business.
Rich was hired at Steelhead Factoring in 2010 and has been an integral part of the company’s growth. Rich’s enthusiastic leadership has resulted in a loyal and well-trained Business Development Team. They have shifted their approach from sales to helping clients find the services that will grow and develop their business.
Megan started with Steelhead 2016 as a key Relationship Manager that worked closely with many of our clients and partners. As she has taken on the role of managing the operations staff, she has led a dynamic team that continues to offer up amazing customer service day in and day out.
